Today, most of the people seem to be affected by lower back ache but unfortunately people are also getting affected with upper back ache in fact number of sufferers is rising day-by-day.
There are many reasons for occurrence of this issue.
1. Life full of Tension
When people spend time on one chair for lots of hours without resting it only put strain on their upper back. The upper back has got joints as well as muscles which are tiny and fine. The upper back can’t bear strain for longer period as a result it aches and get rigid.

When we move our different parts of body particularly while walking, the spinal cord also moves. Our spinal cord is distributed widely on the upper and lower back which indicates that both joints and muscles work together. It means when lower back joints and muscles get exhausted it also influence the upper back.
